The solutions are only accessible after solving the challenge.
Maybe you misunderstood the statement ? You must first start by upgrading your account to admin before logging in, once logged in as admin, the flag will be displayed...
If you need help, you can also ask for help on discord ;)
I would advise you to start with the first challenges at a very easy or easy level if you have trouble with this one.
