Programming

Hey. I am somehow stuck on the challenge.
I am not quite sure how to get the second value to decode. If I send the first decoded string back to the TCP server, I only get a TCP package back with the ACK flag but no data afterwords.
What I am doing wrong ? Do i need some sort of token/flag ?
