Esteganografía

Hello I use [Th1b4d : spoil] to extract the object ([Th1b4d : spoil]) but the Stream is blank.
I also use strings and see a line "[Th1b4d : spoil]" but i cant extract It.
I use binwalk and extract many files zlib..
I dont known continúe..

Can you help me please??
