I solved the shared objects hijacking challenge and can’t validate the password !!
I validated on the challenge page and it worked but i cant validate on the room page, I get an "Error validating the flag".
Plus the page keeps refreshing every few seconds on chrome, and on firefox.

There is no bug. The flag for the CTF room is not the same as the one for the challenge.
Most of the time, CTF room flags can be found at the root of the machine : /passwd, it is generated automatically when starting the CTF.
