App - Script

Hey can someone help me with this challenge: App script sudo weak configuration.
I know that I can read the file in /notes as user app-script-ch1-cracked. In the file is a TUDO list, but i dont know how to do this list can someone help me or is it possible that I dont need to do the TODO list?
